11. Dispute Resolution

This Privacy Policy is governed by Indian Law.
Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by a Sole Arbitrator, who shall be a lawyer practicing at District Courts, Noida for 15+ years (proceedings will be in English, conducted at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India). Costs shall be borne by the Data Principal.
